Stock orders

You may cancel at no charge before your order ships. Once shipped, our Returns policy applies.

Custom orders

Custom orders may be cancelled before proof approval at no charge. After proof approval and once production has started, costs incurred (materials, plates, labor) may be charged or deducted from any deposit.

How to cancel

Email or call us with your order reference. Cancellations are effective when we confirm them.
