Processing time

Stock orders typically ship after payment is received and the order is confirmed. Custom orders follow the lead time stated in your quote.

Methods & cost

Parcel shipping for case orders.
LTL freight for pallet orders.
Pickup from Covington, LA by arrangement.

Shipping costs are calculated per order and confirmed before payment.

Delivery

Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Report damage or shortages within 3 business days.
