Material sourcing
Paper tissue parent rolls selected for the ply, weight and color your product requires.

Converting & embossing
Rolls are unwound, plied, embossed and cut to the target napkin size.

Folding
Napkins are folded — 1/4, 1/8, interfold and other folds — and counted into stacks.

Printing (optional)
Custom logos or designs are applied for branded orders.

Quality checks
Size, fold, count and appearance are checked during and after production.

Packing & shipping
Napkins are packed into retail packs or bulk cases, palletized and shipped.
