Returns & Refund Policy

Standard products

Unopened cases of standard products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Custom & printed products

Custom, printed and private-label products are made to order and are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will replace, credit or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
